I said I don't have antiviruses installed in both. I just found out that the game is in Closed Beta but that doesn't answer why is the updater not working properly since you don't need an account to use it. |

Is the updater using Internet Explorer? Or the default browser? Because I have Firefox as default and that might be the problem.

Yes, that very well could be the issue. Try opening your internet explorer and see if it is able to open a website. If not, try checking the internet settings, if that doesnt work, update internet explorer.

My IE works perfectly and I just updated it recently. Still doesn't work with low security options on IE.

Problem resolved. There was a timeout issue with the coding. The new updater is being released for those who have slower internet than others.
