when I press start. it dosnt launch? the programm u get when u press launch bots just disspear and my mouse gets the loading icon and then stops and it dosnt launch

The launcher pops up, checks for/load update, then i press star, and this happens. running windows 7

it means your missing the c++ redistributable when u open the launcher, click settings - change it from full screen to windowed - save - start the game. it should take u to the site to get the required program. if u already have it then give it a few minutes to load as it might seem like its not doing anything.
