fucked up drops at level 28/30

i havent played further, but gettin lvl 17 +1 equipment at lvl 28 kinda got me over the edge
its alreadt nearing the new equipment level and we stil get the old one?

pls tel me its just a lil error in the drop tables because im alreadt playing way over my own level

It's not an error. 28 drops 18+1,2,3, aswell as 28+1,2.

it drops lvl 14 + 1 2 3 and 24 1 2

level difference is a bit great
