Will sector lvl98 be eventually released?
Also are +5 armour parts included in this game? (since max sector lvl is 95 i don't really see how we can farm +4 and +5 armour parts for the lvl98 armour sets)

98 may be released eventually.
+5 aren't included, max is +3.
