lets takes a look at bc forum staff. theyre good because they do their job without trying to do too much. they lock when necessary, such as when things get too out of hand/off topic, or the thread is just retarded in general. you just lock whenever u think the topic is dead or when like 1 guy says something off topic lol. but wat if 2 days later, someone else has the same problem or sumshit??? theyd have to make a whole new topic

idk wat rules allie put down for bots fm. but i figured something had to be added since the gms here are strict as fuark lul. if allie made some crazy ass rule that u had to lock all "finished" topics then ok fine lol
