I can't post it in the Bugs section because only Admins can post there so I'll post the bug that I remember from the old BOTS!! here.
When you equip an item it wouldn't equip. The only way to fix this was to leave the channel and go back in. Then after that,
the item that you tried to equip before will now be equipped.

If that's the case then I report the hourly lag?

That's incorrect. That was a side effect made by Acclaim in early 09 to patch account hack. It wasn't a feature of 06 BOTS.
