I think we need a real deal lottery. The one that gathers funds on and on and on and on until someone finally hits the jackpot. I'm thinking of a 2/20 lottery. As in, people get to choose 2 numbers from 1 to 20. I'll choose some at random, at a certain time of the day, in certain day, stuff already decided before. Draws will be weekly. I'll also record this shit, with an online real time watch and so on.

When one's gonna get the numbers right, he's gonna win all the money saved up to that point.
