I'm not sure if we will have survey's, they seem to be a huge scam, that end up hurting the players more than helping if they forget to opt-out of the product they are doing a survey for. If they do forget, then they will send you the product along with a bill like every month.

you could add like a warning of somesort that says you arent responsible for anything that happens or something

i did it the kewl way

i told my phone company to make it so i cant get charged by any other company other than itself
then i went and did all the phone surveys without getting charged a penny

you have to think about the users in the long run. some surveys will scam people from every penny they have if they do not read the fine print.
